I (Ladislav Motl – CEO of D5T5.com) decided today 17.7.2024 to publish my whole story about David Vahey from Olympia, WA and his cheat on me for 2 cars Volvo P1800 for 14 000,- USD what I paid him in January 2022, but I never saw the cars or refund. Identiffication of the cars i paid for:
1966 VOLVO P1800 VIN: 18199 / red color
1973 VOLVO P1800 ES VIN: 1836353004659 / green color
I did a lot of business with David Vahey in the past and I purchased from him 7 cars Volvo P1800 in the past. The cars was never as described, but overall they were OK. Therefore David Vahey had my trust and I had no problem to paid him in advance. Therefore I sent him 14 000,- USD as usual for 2 cars Volvo P1800. Ha claimed, that the cars are in area where is snow and it is not easy to pickup them. I had no problem with that. But when I asked David Vahey for date, when is possible to pickup the cars, he stopped to communicate and during this time he was selling those cars again thru Ebay (I found that later)! Then he stopped to communicate with me. Therefore I asked for help thru Facebook and I found one guy, who visited David Vahey personally at home and told him, he should pickup the phone and start communicate.
David Vahey started to communicate again and he promissed to refund the money soon. I told him, that I am OK with that, if he send another car in that value 14 000,- USD or if he send money back. Unfortunatelly another 2 years are gone and nothing happen. Therefore I lost my faith and I decided to publish all evidence about this guy to avoid his future frauds on other people. This experience cost me 14000,- USD.
I decided to make public also details about his family and maybe to create social pressure to him and make him responsible and refund my money, because 14 000,- USD is not a small amount of money.
Down bellow you can find all the evidence including pictures, SMS, e-mails, invoice. I tried to find also lawyer, but no one wanted to accept the case. I also reported this case to local Police, but no one cares.
